Whether your son or daughter is a J.V. athlete looking to make the Varsity squad for the first time or a senior ready to make their final season count, our Varsity Prep Program takes athletes to the next level. Designed by 4x Delaware's Strongest Man Will Harris, our Varsity Prep program delivers unmatched results by combining age-appropriate strength, power, and mobility training. Under the watchful eye of our coaches, proper technique is taught to ensure safety and to correct common errors. Our athletes also benefit from the motivational aspect of training in a group environment (6-8 athletes per coach), while still receiving the individual attention needed to elevate performance. Not only do we make our athletes stronger and faster, we equally build their character, boost their self-esteem, and enhance their confidence. Plain and simple, we transform young athletes into CHAMPIONS both on and off the field.
